We are seeking a talented Store Manager for the Hamilton, Ontario (East) store. The target salary range for this position is $72,257 to $76,082 per year, based on experience, with an annual variable bonus structure. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Team Development: Guide and mentor a team of Front Counter staff, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and others. Financial Mastery: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management. Operational Excellence: Prioritize tasks under pressure and ensure excellent customer experiences. Sales Excellence: Drive sales both to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships. Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while championing customer-first priorities. Safety Champion: Lead by example, follow safety protocols, and prioritize team and customer welfare. Qualifications and Success Factors: A valid Driver's License. A high school diploma/GED or equivalent; management training is preferred. At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing PPE. Ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented culture. Ability to build meaningful connections with customers and provide personalized experiences.
