As our Organic Growth Partner, youll be the driving force behind turbocharging our online presence and transforming how we engage with our audience. Your innovative strategies will fuel organic traffic, amplify brand awareness, and set new standards for growth.Were seeking someone agile, proactive, and bravesomeone who knows how to make things go viral and is always ahead of the curve. In this role, you'll own SEO strategies, build and manage affiliate marketing programs, foster engaged social communities, and use data-driven insights to fine-tune our approach. Youll also collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate your vision and keep us on the cutting edge of organic growth.What youll be doing:Drive Organic Traffic to Website (40%)Implement and manage backlink strategies across Fittes websites to improve domain authority, search rankings, and organic traffic.Build and manage affiliate marketing programs to increase brand ranking and referred revenue.Develop and execute organic social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and website traffic with tactical, data-driven insights, and creative execution.Optimize SEO on Fittes websites (US + Canada) using an organic lens to enhance keyword rankings, site performance, and content visibility to drive organic growth.Optimize Organic Social (35%)Monitor and analyze industry engagement trends, actively engaging in conversations and platforms that align with the brand's voice and values.Increase brand engagement, share of voice (SOV), and virality by crafting and executing innovative, on-brand content and engagement tactics.Create compelling content in both static and video formats to captivate and grow audiences, tailoring approaches to platform best practices.Experiment with new platforms and content formats to discover effective ways to enhance organic growth and drive brand visibility.Team Building + Collaboration (15%)Drive department performance by executing and optimizing organic growth initiatives that align with broader brand and business goals.Build a strategic partnership with the Director of Brand, collaborating on high-level growth strategies and ensuring alignment with brand vision and objectives.Effectively manage up by proactively communicating progress, challenges, and insights to leadership, ensuring visibility and support for key initiatives.Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate organic growth strategies seamlessly with other departments, enhancing overall brand impact.Generate and share reporting and insights on organic growth performance, providing data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.Cultivate Leadership, Uphold Company Values, and Strengthen Brand Identity (10%)Lead by example in upholding brand integrity across digital platforms, fostering a consistent and authentic presence that reinforces trust and loyalty among followers.Strengthen brand identity and influence by driving organic growth strategies that align with brand values, positioning Fittes as a trusted leader in the industry.Own organic growth strategies and become a subject matter expert.Consistently strive to improve how and what we do.Live company values and be an active contributor to culture.Tech Stack:Comfort with using AICommunication + Collaboration: Gmail/Google DriveMarketing + Advertising Tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and KlaviyoAnalytics + Performance Tracking: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, StatusBrew.Content Creation + Social Media: Canva, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, HootsuiteYoure a good fit if you:Have 4-5 years of experience in social media, SEO, or digital marketing, with a killer portfolio showcasing organic growth achievements.Are skilled in content creation with a tactical, grassroots approach thats adaptable to different social platforms.Master SEO with a dynamic, agile approach that keeps you ahead of the curve as search trends evolve.Experience with our tech stack and have familiarity with AI tools and an ability to leverage systems like ChatGPT is a plus.Have strong analytical skills, turning raw numbers into actionable insights that optimize strategies and drive real, measurable success.Youre a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy world and can collaborate seamlessly with anyone, anywhere.Have a fearless approach to outreach, you know how to engage, build partnerships, and explore untapped, creative growth opportunities.You get what works on each platform and know exactly how to craft viral content that stops people in their tracks.Have a deep SEO knowledge with flexibility to pivot quickly, collaborate across teams, and stay ahead of trends.Bring skill in using data to inform strategies, measure success, and share insights that elevate the whole team.Whats in it for you?Vibes:Open concept, bright, dog-friendly office vibe (our furry friends cant wait to meet you!).Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and fresh fruit.Extra long summer Fridays (2p end May October).Cool peeps.Great Place to Work Certified.Member of Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN).Flexibility:Hybrid work options (we want you to be comfortable and we also want you to get to know our team!
