Responsibilities include campaign planning, coordinating creative assets, and supporting media strategy and performance tracking.Leverage market research and consumer insights to inform campaign planning and identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with Skips Partnership team to support partner marketing plans, helping bring new programs and initiatives to life.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Customer Engagement, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in identifying areas for optimization to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends, contributing ideas to drive innovation and keep campaigns competitive.Location: TorontoWork Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days a week from our offices & 2 days working from homeEmployment Type - Fixed term ( 18 months Contract)Reporting to: Sr Marketing Manager, Growth VerticalsRecipe For SuccessBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).35 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on executing campaigns and supporting marketing strategies for diverse audiences.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with marketing tools, metrics, and performance measurement techniques.What It's Like To Work At SkipSkip is the kind of workplace that garnered a Top Places to Work in Manitoba and it was no small coincidence.
