What We're Looking For Qualifications: Diploma in Architectural and Building Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least five (5) years' recent related experience managing facilities projects in a complex institutional environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Serve as the main contact for assigned projects, liaising with stakeholders and providing progress reports. Ensure projects adhere to budgets, schedules, and standards, reporting variances and recommending solutions. Lead meetings, coordinate design and construction activities, and review project documentation. Participate in contract administration, procurement, and permit acquisition. Monitor safety, infection control, and risk mitigation during project execution. Support operational commissioning and project-related moves. Qualifications Diploma in relevant field, with 5-7 years of related experience. Knowledge of project management principles, construction drawings, and codes. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
