Overview The Sales Director is responsible for creating and executing vital sales strategies, playing a crucial role in Netcracker's success. We seek a high-performing Sales Director to meet ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You will develop and implement growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets. What will be your responsibilities? Identify opportunities where Netcrackers solutions add value to customers. Prospect new business and upgrade current opportunities within existing accounts. Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, focusing on new business. Support contract negotiations and deal closures. Analyze customer needs and pressure points. Build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively within a team. Present Netcrackers value proposition to customers and prospects. Design and execute campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growth. Support marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and events. What skills and experience will you need? At least 2 years of successful sales experience in telecommunications. 2+ years of inside sales or client-facing sales experience with basic sales methodology knowledge. Ability to forecast and report opportunities accurately. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
