The role involves strategic planning, leadership, and close collaboration with Owners and Board Members.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Resort OperationsProcess and submit payrollHold regular meetings with department heads; manage all departments; handle guest complaints; perform tasks across departments as neededEnsure compliance with policies, SOPs, and service standardsLead property issues, including capital projects and refurbishmentHandle complaints and oversee service recoveryManage budgets, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets; develop strategic plans and cost-saving initiativesMake decisions in the best interest of the resort and managementUnderstand P&L statements and react with impactful strategiesPrepare financial reports for Owners and BoardProvide leadership to resort team membersRespond to audits and ensure operational quality and legal complianceTravel as needed for offsite training and new business transitionsNote: Responsibilities may vary by location; an official job description will be provided on the first day.Capital Vacations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
