If you already have an established network or are confident in your ability to engage this community effectively, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, retirement homes, senior centers, healthcare providers, etc.)Secure new private-pay clients through targeted outreach and strategic networkingConduct in-home consultations and client assessments as neededRepresent ComForCare at events and networking activities in the communityExecute and refine growth strategies customized for the Kitchener-Waterloo marketProvide regular reporting on client engagement, lead generation, and activity progressIn conjunction with our leadership team, develop strategic sales and marketing plans, detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.Effectively present ComForCare Home Care marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of recommended software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.Participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and co-workers.Manage marketing operations and assist with office operations as needed.Bonus / commission-based incentives are available based on the number of clients brought in.Who Were Looking For:35+ years of proven, hands-on experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services (mandatory)Strong existing network and deep knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo community (required)Valid drivers license and 24/7 access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and business developmentStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet client acquisition targetsA true passion for helping seniors live their best livesProfessionalism, initiative, and high energy for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
