Periodically, youll be required to attend in-person activities or events.As a Senior Consultant, Enabling Areas (FP&A), you will work with our FP&A team to ensure business leaders have timely and informative performance analysis and reporting that enables effective decision-making.A Typical Day Would Involve:Establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders and providing strategic financial performance insight against established performance plans.Collecting and analyzing financial information and providing timely financial reporting that is dynamic, accurate, consistent, and maintains data integrity.Consulting with lines of business and providing analytics and insight that optimize divisional activities, plans, and forecasting.Acting as a senior resource and providing training and guidance to Finance Consultants to foster professional development.You Have:Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized post-secondary institution (or equivalent).Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) designation or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience at a senior consultant level or higher, which would be an asset.Business acumen in the context of the financial industry, which would be an asset.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Communication and interpersonal skills to create clear understanding of expectations, address challenges and issues for the business unit, and represent the unit across the organization.You Are:Results-oriented You have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in order to conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate appropriate options, and build deliverables while securing their commitment to these solutions in a timely manner.Analytical You seek to facilitate data-driven decision-making, including rolling up your sleeves to collect data, research, and build models.A Problem Solver Your skills to diagnose challenges and issues, develop innovative business solutions, and assess risks and opportunities that may affect the business have been put to good use.We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.The salary range for the role is $81,200 to $122,000, and a candidates offer is likely to be up to the mid-point of the role ($101,600).
