Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Global Flights Counsel will support Priceline's international flights business and operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and adaptable commercial lawyer to handle complex regulatory and corporate matters, driving strategic growth worldwide. In This Role You Will Get To Lead commercial negotiations and agreements with airline and travel service providers globally. Provide legal counsel on international travel regulations, including licensing and IATA accreditations, liaising with external counsel as needed. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, gaining experience across various legal and business domains (e.g., Commercial, Corporate, Finance, Tax) globally. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to support international expansion and Priceline's global flights business. Support company and office setup in new markets, contributing to Pricelines international network development in partnership with Booking Holdings Group brands. Engage with colleagues at all levels, including senior executives, within Priceline and Booking Holdings Group worldwide. Who You Are You will have: JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to a relevant bar. 4-6+ years of relevant legal experience, including law firm and in-house roles. Proven experience in commercial contracting and negotiation, especially international agreements. Excellent legal analysis and drafting skills. Experience in the travel industry, particularly with airline contracts, consolidators, and GDS, is highly preferred. Familiarity with international travel regulations is a plus. Ability to handle commercial, corporate, and regulatory work confidently. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
