The school emphasizes traditional academics, small class sizes, uniforms, and high teaching standards.All Interested Applicants MustPossess, or be eligible for, a valid Alberta teaching certificateBe comfortable teaching in a traditional academic environmentHave excellent oral and written English skillsHave strong knowledge of the Alberta curriculum for Science 10 and Biology 20Be capable of teaching courses with provincial achievement tests and diploma examsHave strong classroom management skillsBe able to write curriculum materials as neededBe willing to collaborate with other teachersMotivate students to reach their full potentialA graduate degree in chemistry, biology, or a related discipline, and experience teaching Advanced Placement (AP) courses, are assets. An AP Chemistry component is included in the afternoon starting at 2:20 pm.
