The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, with a focus on end-to-end testing, data validation, and ensuring system quality. On this team, youll have the unique opportunity to imagine the future and create it, crafting ideas and implementing them for our clients.Your key responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Rest AssuredIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOpsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Manual Testers, Developers) in an Agile SDLC environmentManage QA efforts for complex systems, ensuring regulatory compliance in data workflowsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices in QACoordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams to ensure consistent delivery and communicationSupport performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help manage resource allocationContribute to technical proposals and client presentations to support new business opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to align QA strategies with customer and business objectivesLeverage cloud-based testing strategies for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environmentsDrive efficient defect lifecycle management using tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRailSkills and attributes for success:Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies and deliverablesProficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, etc.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsConsulting mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective test strategiesExperience working with client stakeholders and managing distributed teamsAbility to understand and align testing initiatives with long-term business goalsTo qualify for the role, you must have:7+ years of experience in an Automation Test Lead or Tester role7+ years of software implementation experience, preferably on transformation projectsIn-depth knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress and Rest AssuredProven expertise in ETL testing domains and complex data validationExperience leading cross-functional teams of 612 membersFamiliarity with cloud data platforms and CI/CD pipelinesWhat we offerAt EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture - built on high-performance teaming - where everyone can achieve their potential and contribute to building a better working world for our people, our clients and our communities.
