With a focus on creating an exceptional customer and candidate experience, you will place candidates from a pool of qualified individuals (applicants are sourced and identified by our Central Delivery team). The successful candidate will provide associates with continued employment while providing clients with skilled candidates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with in-office tasks. Candidates must be able to commute to our local office for training and ongoing weekly in-office responsibilities. What youll be doing Building and maintaining relationships with passive and active candidates and associates to enhance wellness, retention, and employability. Partnering with Central Delivery teams to build a diverse candidate pipeline that meets client needs; networking extensively to access local talent and supplement efforts as needed. Identifying and recommending innovative solutions to address client requirements and issues. Assessing candidates for qualification and compatibility with client needs. Coaching candidates for success in interviews and advocating for them with clients. Providing feedback, coaching, conflict management, and counseling to associates for on-the-job success. Counseling associates on professional development, supporting their goals, and developing training plans for upskilling and re-skilling to improve employability and re-employment. Developing relationships with clients and business leaders to foster growth and understand their unique hiring needs. Growing wallet share within a portfolio of small to medium local clients; maintaining knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition. Ensuring high client satisfaction by maintaining retention, fill rate, and time-to-fill metrics. Maintaining knowledge of Adeccos service offerings to effectively price and sell services (temporary, permanent, and conversion placements). About you We want to set you up for success! Heres what were looking for: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating responsibility growth. 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment. Experience in recruiting or HR solutions industry is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate. Strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills with creative solution implementation. High customer service standards, with the ability to build effective relationships and identify new business opportunities.
