Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high-performing teams with deep expertise join us to make a difference in people's lives!.Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise join us to make a difference in people's lives!What You'll DoPartner with Sales Operations, Enablement, and Revenue leaders to analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and conversion patterns across channelsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into pipeline health, rep productivity, lead conversion, and revenue attributionIdentify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities across the sales funnel, and surface insights to drive decision-making and performanceSupport forecasting, territory planning, and sales compensation analysisEnsure data cleanliness, consistency, and usability across Salesforce and adjacent tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Excel/Sheets)Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams to build cohesive performance narrativesProvide ad hoc analysis and modeling support for leadership to assess business opportunities and strategic initiativesWhat You'll Bring24 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Analytics ideally within a high-growth, data-driven environmentExperience working with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, SQL, etc.)Experience in a healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS environment is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business recommendationsHigh proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred)Clear communication skills written and verbal and a collaborative approach to cross-functional workDetail-oriented with a drive to proactively identify and solve business problemsNice to HaveExperience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CX) with reporting and strategic insightsComfort working in ambiguity and scaling data practices in a growing organizationUnderstanding of sales funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, conversion rates, and forecasting modelsOur ValuesFirst: we are PioneersTransforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
