We are investing in modern facilities and equipment to foster employee growth and career development.Job DescriptionThe Senior Research Chemist will oversee and execute analytical services supporting Drug Product development and GMP operations. Key responsibilities include method transfer, development, validation, and supporting QC drug product release, stability, and investigations. The role may also involve supervising direct reports.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft GMP documentation such as test methods, specifications, protocols, and SOPs.Develop and execute analytical methods for oral drug product development, including assays, impurities, dissolution, water content, and residual solvents.Conduct OOT/OOS/Deviation investigations.Maintain and qualify analytical equipment like HPLC, GC, KF instruments.Perform stability studies in line with ICH guidelines.Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and GLPs.Promote a safe laboratory environment.Perform other duties as assigned.COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS:Within the CompanyCollaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.Outside the CompanyEngage with vendors, clients, contractors, and industry bodies.QualificationsB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry with over 10 years or Ph.D. with over 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of drug product development and hands-on analytical development experience.Proven success in managing multiple projects and motivation.Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Effective team player with strong communication skills.Eurofins Scientific is a global life sciences company providing analytical testing services across industries, ensuring product safety and authenticity.
