DescriptionAs a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Advisor, Talent Brand supports the promotion of Ledcors employer brand and employment opportunities to the external market. In this role you will provide ongoing coordination with Ledcors recruitment team and support Talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.Some Key responsibilities will include collaborating on hiring priorities and strategy; developing content for various social media and digital advertising platforms; analyzing performance metrics and producing reports; monitoring engagement with Ledcor content; and responding to inquiries.The ideal candidate has a passion for digital communications, excellent communication skills, an understanding of social media best practices, and knowledge of recruitment strategies. Come join our dynamic Communication team in Edmonton, AB!Essential Responsibilities:Coordinates all Ledcor social media recruitment content, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and interaction/engagement with external applicantsSupports with content creation for digital and print advertising: including newspaper, magazine and radio ads; and website and social media adsProvides support to the employer brand by helping to create and maintain digital and print templated materials. This includes signage, advertising, and conference and event materialsProvides supports to recruitment team for website content updatesGenerates reports and analyzes recruitment communications data to determine effectiveness of social media and marketing tacticsProvides regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders for actions and continuous improvement based on findingsSupport additional Corporate Communications priorities including building Ledcors brand, and showcasing Ledcors people and cultureQualifications:Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or Business AdministrationMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, developing and supporting external corporate communications or marketingExcellent customer service and service compliant resolution skillsStrong communication and listening skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling mannerExcellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverablesAbility to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environmentFlexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organizationHas the ability to maintain confidentialityStrong sense of urgency as part of daily work styleExcellent time management and organizational skillsWork Conditions:This position is a hybrid role, working both remotely and at the office once a weekAdditional InformationThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North Americas most diversified construction companies.
