Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E).What you will do:Develop a clear vision and strategy for safety and health in the Nitrogen operating segmentImplement actions effectively and efficiently in conjunction with Central SH&E, Nitrogen General Managers, Nitrogen Site SH&E Teams, and Nitrogen Site OperationsFacilitate development and utilization of strategic and operational plans to address and improve the control (elimination) of S & H hazards and associated risksLead various governance teams with representatives from across the organization on SH&E mattersDevelop and direct annual organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures;
