Our work underpins a prosperous society where people can find meaning and opportunity.What will your typical day look like?As an Analyst or Consultant, you will work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to support clients with:Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and clinical qualitySupporting implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, such as Epic or CernerContributing to clinical service and diagnostic planning initiatives aligned to health authority and provincial strategiesConducting research, synthesizing findings, and developing client-facing deliverablesEngaging with stakeholders across clinical (e.g., physicians, pharmacy, nursing), administrative, and executive levelsHelping health systems translate strategy into action through implementation planning, operational redesign, and stakeholder engagementManaging multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbout the teamDeloittes Digital Health Practice partners with Canadian health and life sciences organizations to deliver sustainable, equitable, and digitally enabled health systems. Our practice spans advisory, implementation, and operational support, enabling us to guide clients through strategic planning, technology deployment, system design, and ongoing transformation.Enough about us, lets talk about youEducation and Credentials:Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, public health, life sciences, business, engineering, or a related fieldA masters degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH) is considered a value-add when it brings added depth of specializationExperience and Knowledge (Considered Value-Adds):Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems and governance structures, including provincial ministriesExposure to clinical information systems (Epic, Cerner), especially where it supports understanding of clinical workflows, implementation, or optimizationExperience or exposure to hospital operations, particularly in diagnostics, pharmacy, professional practice, or clinical leadership settingsInsight into health service planning, financial modeling, or operational analysis in healthcare contextsNote: French language proficiency is an essential skill for candidates applying to our Qubec office (Montreal) and considered a value add for our offices in the Atlantic region.Skills and Attributes:Demonstrated learning mindset with a willingness to seek feedback and continuously growInitiative and ownership in advancing deliverables and contributing to team successStrong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to structure and present complex information clearlyAnalytical mindset and comfort working with data to support evidence-informed recommendationsAbility to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholdersComfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively solving problemsTotal RewardsThe salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
