NEW STORE OPENING - Sales Associate, YorkdaleJoin to apply for the NEW STORE OPENING - Sales Associate, Yorkdale role at Christian Dior CoutureJob PurposeThe Sales Associate is responsible for delivering best-in-class client service, achieving individual sales goals, building lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies, and understanding Boutique operating processes.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPIs including Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS). Maintain a results-driven and positive team attitude.Client Development: Create a welcoming, client-focused environment offering top-tier service in person, over the phone, and electronically. Develop a local and international client book, demonstrate product expertise, and resolve client issues in partnership with leadership.Boutique Operations: Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, stock organization, inventory counts, and assist with packing merchandise as needed.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods.Strong drive for results, passion for fashion and the brand.Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.Outstanding customer service skills across all communication channels.Ability to read, write, and count accurately for documentation.Adaptability to fast-paced environments and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency with equipment like phones, cash registers, and computers.Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs.Willingness to adhere to all company policies and standards.Additional InformationChristian Dior, founded in 1947, is renowned for its French heritage, craftsmanship, and innovative design.
