This role involves active community engagement, including home visits, hands-on care, training, and coaching, with weekly onsite visits in the field.LeadershipSupervise, support, and mentor field caregivers and nursesEnsure regulatory compliance with provincial and in-house standardsVisit clients and staff for supervisory purposesEngage, coach, and support staff as neededTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate and deliver training for caregivers and nurses.Community CareProvide hands-on clinical/nursing careBuild and maintain client relationshipsProvide direct client care as neededAdministrationMeet weekly administrative requirementsBalance approximately 70% administrative and 30% client-facing dutiesEducation: Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, current CPR certification.Experience: Minimum five years of recent supervisory experience in community nursing, with a proven track record in training development, people management, and business development preferred.Other Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and lead effectively, strong communication skills, valid drivers license, knowledge of community nursing principles, and clearance for vulnerable sectors, including police clearance, TB test, and screening.
