We are looking for candidates passionate about service management and automation, with hands-on technical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to see the big picture and align with our culture.What You Will DoAs a Senior Technical Consultant (ITAM/ITOM), you will leverage your business acumen and be a key member of a high-performing team. You will have opportunities to learn from industry experts and grow your skills by:Developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications for new and existing ITAM or ITOM deployments.Establishing and configuring functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements.Creating script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, as well as modifying tables and relationships.Integrating ServiceNow with other platforms based on opportunities identified by Solution Architects.Designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting system and integration components.Documenting design, development, testing, and implementation processes.Advising on administration settings and best practices.Collaborating effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions.What You Bring To The Role3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.ServiceNow Certifications such as CIS-ITOM or CIS-ITAM.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.Understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and scripted components of ServiceNow.Ability to customize the ServiceNow UI and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and widgets.Knowledge of integrations and migrations.Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and experience with medium to large-scale implementations.Proven troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in an agile environment under pressure.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters or MBA is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in French is strongly preferred.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position in BC is $73,000 to $100,000, potentially supplemented by bonuses. Salary offers are based on location, skills, and qualifications.
