Well you might just be in the right place!As an Implementation Consultant II, you will ensure that our retailers that purchase onboarding services successfully complete their onboarding and get the most out of our product, through training, guidance and sharing best practices for Lightspeed's X-series, retail product to maximize customer retention and overall customer experience.What youll be doing:Provide comprehensive training and support to a dedicated cohort of retailers with paid onboarding packages, ensuring they successfully adopt and implement our platformBuild inventory and customer databases for each retailer by importing data from filesConsistently achieve onboarding targets, KPIs and deadlines for retailer go-live datesWork with the retailer to understand their needs and ensure their workflows are set up for success, including guidance on best practice workflowsStay up to date with the product and retail best practicesIdentify upgrade opportunities for payments, third-party add-ons and plan upgradesDocumenting feedback to Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure we continuously improve our onboarding experienceWhat you need to bring:Were a team of 20 people located in North America.We're looking for an intermediate candidate who has experience with the following:Previous experience in a customer success or onboarding roleSelf-starter that seeks to identify and improve processesIntermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsExceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skillsFluent in English; French is a strong assetEven better if you have, but not necessary:Deep technical knowledge of the retail industry and retail commerce toolsE-commerce experienceSales experienceWe know that people are more than whats on their CV.
