The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.OVERVIEWDo you have a strong interest in leadership and medical sciences? To fill the position of Director of our Medical Science Institute, we are seeking a dynamic and seasoned expert. This volunteer position provides a special chance to spearhead an educational project, spur creativity, and leave a lasting impression on Science and students.DUTIESProvide strategic leadership to direct the development and academic success of the MS institute.Manage research projects, faculty professional development, and curriculum development.Improve educational opportunities, and form and fortify alliances with academic institutions, community organizations, and leaders in the business.Sustain the provision of high-quality education, ensuring that institutional regulations are followed.Develop and implement pathway programs.Further the institutes goals and projects, representing it in conferences, industry gatherings, and professional associations both domestically and abroad.Determine and carry out strategic initiatives for collaboration in international education that further the institutes long-term goals.Foster innovation in education by incorporating contemporary teaching methodologies.Ensure operational effectiveness by interpreting and implementing administrative policies, processes, and procedures.Motivate and lead staff while cultivating a team-oriented, goal-oriented atmosphere.Participate in public appearances, serving as the institutes principal spokesperson, promoting the goals and effects of STEM education.REQUIREMENTSEnrolled in post-secondary education or have a Masters or PhD in a related medical science field.Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an academic or professional setting.Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.Experience in faculty management, accreditation procedures, and curriculum creation.The ability to interact with a range of stakeholders, such as academics, industry experts, and students.A thorough awareness of worldwide education trends.A strong commitment to mentoring, education, and encouraging innovation.Proficiency in forming and overseeing alliances with top academic institutions and business associations.A track record of successfully negotiating and formalizing agreements for academic collaborations.BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING WITH US:Opportunity to shape the future of education.Develop your leadership skills and broaden your professional network.Contribute to the growth of prospective collaborators and researchers.Appreciation for your services to the institute and the community at large.Get practical experience in strategic planning and nonprofit leadership.HOW TO APPLY:Candidates who are interested should send a cover letter and CV to detailing their qualifications and reasons for applying.
