We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of advisory and over 30 technical environmental and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability.Job Description:As a member of our Geology team, you will bring demonstrated skills and experience with mineral resource/geological modelling (experience with Leapfrog is a must), exploration and project reviews. In addition to strong technical skills, youll also have a solid background in report writing, in the development of technical scopes of work, proposal preparation, and the successful delivery of projects, meeting high standards for quality and client satisfaction.Youll enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment, where your success will depend on your collaborative working style, your client-centric mindset, and your superb technical skills.Key Responsibilities:Development of geological models or interpretationsConstruction of block models for mineral resource and mineral reserve estimatesParticipation in the preparation of NI 43-101 Reports or international equivalentsPerform due diligence reviews to support project financing, and mergers and acquisitionsProject management, including leadership of other geologists and third-party consulting groupsWorking with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological findings and interpretations with those of other scientific, planning, and engineering disciplinesEnsuring successful project delivery with respect to health & safety, scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and client satisfactionPrepare proposals and contribute to the development and execution of service line, business sector, and client business development plansLiaise and build relationships with clients and ensure excellent service deliveryMentor junior geologists and participate in internal and external training/mentorship opportunitiesWorking @ SLR:With us, there is no doubt youll grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge.
