Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical and leadership experience. Key functions and responsibilities: Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients. Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in patient care. Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinating operational activities with the team and demonstrating a strong presence in the clinic. Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development. Managing and resolving scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic. Playing an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, empowering employees to make sound decisions. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of staff.
