Your role at Clorox: The role manages all material flow and inventory levels to support production at the Glad plant. Is also responsible for scheduling the extrusion production. In this role, you will: Material management Manages incoming materials from Canadian and US locations Manages the resin rail cars movement from origin to the plant (including the rail cars switches at the plant) Track inventory levels and manages target Materials inventories rundown and ramp up for Glad projects at the plant and at the vendors Uses LX for inventory reporting Manages Purchase Orders Responsible for POs in LX for procurement of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and general supplies, Capital projects and SWP (Special Work Projects) Ensures PO accuracy and resolves cost/product discrepancies with vendors and GSS Issues POs in SAP for US Finish Goods produced at the plant Support to Finance team with: Setting up loss allowance and standard costs at Budget time Annual physical inventory Other financial requests as required Production Scheduling of extrusion department Responsible for Extrusion and Converting shop orders and production reporting in LX. Back up support for Converting department scheduler and Accounts Payable function. What we look for: Performance-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset. Years and Type of experience: 3-5 years experience in a materials function at a plant level. 3-5 years procurement experience including ability to manage Purchase Orders.
