What youll be responsible for: Financial Reporting & Analysis Oversee month-end close, review financial statements, and ensure accuracy across multiple entities. Operational & Strategic Finance Work closely with operations, banking partners, and vendors on purchasing negotiations, cash flow management, and financial planning. Team Leadership Manage a team of seven, including designated professionals and junior accountants pursuing their CPA. Process Improvement & Systems Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, financial modeling, and business insights. What You Need to Succeed: CPA designation with 6+ years of progressive experience, interest from more experienced candidates is encouraged Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading an accounting team. Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience. Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or Sage 300 is an asset. A passion for both financial leadership and operational involvement.
