This role involves implementing scientifically rigorous data analysis approaches, applying analytical techniques to healthcare data, and translating findings into meaningful knowledge for researchers and end users. Responsibilities include conceptualizing algorithms, designing studies, creating analysis plans, conducting analyses, interpreting results, and reporting findings. Responsibilities Data Analyses, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning Follow study protocols to perform various statistical analyses such as multivariable modeling, longitudinal designs, and propensity score analysis. Carry out data analyses using models and machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Develop predictive models and apply algorithms using R/Python libraries (e.g., regression, survival analysis, PCA, neural networks). Apply models to unstructured text data and perform hyperparameter optimization. Compare model performances and prepare analysis outputs with visualizations and reports. Document models, code, and iterations with proper version control. Develop advanced machine learning models, such as neural networks, and work with dev ops for deployment. Data Exploration, Preparation, and Visualization Ensure data quality through cleaning and consistency checks, maintain documentation, and perform descriptive analyses. Design dashboards and reports with interactive visualizations. Qualifications Masters degree in Clinical Epidemiology, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field with at least 1 year of experience. Experience in data management, modeling, and evaluation. Beginner to intermediate skills in R, Python, SQL, Shiny, RMarkdown, Jupyter, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Git. Proficiency in data visualization libraries and report automation. Ability to handle raw healthcare data, including unstructured data. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with clinical healthcare data is a plus.
