BC Cancer Kelowna is a full-service cancer center serving thousands of patients annually. The department features advanced facilities including: 2 CT simulators 5 linear accelerators capable of VMAT, SABR, SRS, and adaptive radiotherapy A leading-edge brachytherapy program It works closely with on-site teams in medical physics, radiation therapy, dosimetry, nursing, and medical oncology. Our department supports research through population-based databases and aims for excellence in clinical care and academic development. We seek a candidate committed to delivering exceptional patient care, engaging in teaching, and contributing to research. Applicants must be eligible for licensure in BC and have obtained their FRCPC (or equivalent) in Radiation Oncology by the time of appointment. The successful candidate will receive a clinical appointment with UBC Faculty of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Radiation Oncology, and privileges through PHSA and Interior Health at Kelowna General Hospital, a tertiary referral center. Preference is given to Canadian citizens and landed immigrants.
