Your Area of Focus: The Automotive Finance Manager oversees the finance and insurance (F&I) department, manages vehicle sales financing, insurance products, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with customers to identify financing needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their purchasing experience. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of financing options, and the ability to meet sales and profitability goals are essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with financing options, including loans and leases from various financial institutions. Sell additional products such as extended warranties and vehicle protection plans. Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. Ensure transactions comply with industry laws and dealership policies. Provide training to the sales team on finance options and procedures. Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals for financing and F&I products. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns. Must-Have Qualifications: Experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products. Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Customer-focused problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Experience with F&I software and dealership management systems.
