Youll work across both our Junior and Senior School campuses and play a key part in meeting and exceeding our enrollment goals. The role begins in July, 2025 and comes with a competitive compensation package.Core ResponsibilitiesManage the full admissions pipeline for students entering grades 6 to 12, from first inquiry to final handshakeConduct personalized tours, host open houses, and facilitate interviews with students and familiesSplit your time between our Junior and Senior School campuses (good walking shoes encouraged)Represent KCS at school fairs, events, and anywhere theres a chance to connect with future familiesCoordinate and conduct assessments (well train you)Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop effective recruitment strategiesReview and evaluate applications with an eye for fit and potentialSupport student retention and community-building initiativesChampion the Student Ambassador Program, because the students tell our story bestOther duties as assigned to meet our enrollment targetsQualificationsBachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related fieldExperience in admissions or enrollment (or strong people-focused experience from another field, sales training, hospitality, etc.)A self-starter who brings energy, initiative, and positivity to their workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems (CRM)Confidence in data collection, analysis, and presentationStrategic thinker with sound judgmentMaintains the highest standards of professionalism and confidentialityHighly motivated, collaborative, and eager to contribute to team successREADY TO JOIN US?If this sounds like a role youd thrive in, wed love to hear from you.Please send your resume and cover letter , June 18, 2025.Kingsway College School is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all.
