The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling the sales team in a brand new office of their choice. Winco will provide everything you need to build your business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goalsLead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivityMonitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper managementPromote open sales positions through platforms like Indeed and others; manage the recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new sales representatives.Lead daily meetings to communicate critical updates from partners, such as new offers or process changes.Ensure high sales quality by maintaining top-level KPI performance and minimizing complaints and infractions.Support business expansion by mentoring team members into leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and assisting in the opening of new offices.Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and customer interactions QualificationsProven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiationField Sales experienceManaging and coaching a sales teams in the field.Experience in hiring process.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with customer service principles and practicesExperience in technology sales (Salesforce) Required SkillsProven experience in business development, technical sales, account management, and negotiationField Sales experienceManaging and coaching a sales teams in the field.Experience in hiring process.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with customer service principles and practicesExperience in technology sales (Salesforce) Preferred SkillsField Sales experienceManaging and coaching a sales teams in the field.Experience in hiring process.
