Title: Director, Learning and TalentLocation: Vancouver, Calgary, Victoria, or EdmontonReports to: VP, Human ResourcesSalary: $150,000 to $180,000 CanadianOur client seeks a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Learning and Talent Leader to shape and deliver impactful programs that elevate leadership capability, enhance performance, and support employee growth.Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will lead initiatives in leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planningfostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement leadership programs tailored to various levels, focusing on delivering the right learning at the right timeLead the strategy, design, and facilitation of leadership and manager development in a remote-first environmentPartner with internal teams and subject matter experts to co-create learning content and experiencesDrive adoption and effectiveness of performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedbackEstablish talent development strategies to grow diverse leadership pipelines and retain high-potential employeesGuide the strategic direction of the talent acquisition function by anticipating emerging business needs, skill requirements, and developing corresponding employer branding and hiring strategiesLead intern and rotational programs to support early-career development and internal mobilityBuild cross-functional relationships to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted learning solutionsMeasure and report on program effectiveness and development outcomesWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related fieldsProven success designing and scaling learning programs with measurable business impactSkilled in facilitation, coaching, and building curriculum from the ground upStrong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence across all levels of the organizationExperience with performance frameworks, succession planning, and early-career talent programsA data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skillsDemonstrated leadership and ability to build and inspire high-performing teamsComfort moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic environmentNice to HaveICF or equivalent coaching certificationExperience with LMS/LXP platforms and scaling digital learningBackground in human-centered designTrack record of delivering high-ROI programs with a mindset of continuous improvementTo apply, please submit your application directly through LinkedIn.
