As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the sales support team, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for the cannabis industry, and a self-motivated approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Specialist Location: Stayner, ON Pay Range: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour Whats the Job? Conduct weekly touchpoints with the line manager to discuss past activations and upcoming plans. Assist in holding budtender education sessions and engage with budtenders in your defined territory. Educate consumers on product categories, formats, and responsible consumption. Audit stores to ensure compliance with distribution and programming. Organize consumer-facing education sessions and freshen up displays regularly. Whats Needed? Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel within the province. Available to work Tuesday – Saturday (5 days per week). Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Knowledgeable about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn more. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with technology (smartphones, MS Office, etc.). Whats in it for me?
