What Youll Do:Setup and operate equipment like Polar Cutting Systems, Stahl Folders, Saddle Stitchers, drills, shrink tunnels, and digital finishing equipment.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep equipment at peak performance.Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the highest production standards.Who You Are:1) Experienced in finishing litho and digital work2) Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented3) Skilled in the setup and operation of bindery and digital finishing equipment4) Familiar with prepress processes, color management, and basic graphic design principles5) Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment6) Familiar with safety regulations related to machinery
