This role reports directly to the Vice-President, People and Culture and is responsible for leading organizational change initiatives and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) priorities. As the Change and Culture Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting change that uplifts our people, reflects our values, and strengthens our culture. You will: Lead the People Side of Change Design and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new initiatives, processes, and technologies. Partner with business leaders and project teams to integrate change management into project lifecycles. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and create mitigation plans. Lead the internal Change Management Committee to align efforts and promote a consistent organizational approach to change. Design and maintain frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to track adoption and measure success. Communicate clearly and consistently to support engagement and transparency. Ensure sustainability by supporting long-term adoption and smooth transitions into operations. Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and refine strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Champion DEI Across the Organization Lead the development and execution of the organizations DEI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and BCorp standards. Partner with Learning & Development to build and deliver DEI training and education programs. Lead the DEI committee and foster collaboration across teams to ensure strategy execution. Define and track key metrics to evaluate the impact and progress. Develop internal communication that supports awareness and inclusive practices. Stay informed on emerging DEI trends, evolving best practices, and legal requirements. You have... A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, DEI leadership roles, ideally within the financial industry or a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Prosci Change Management certification (or another recognized credential) and PMP certification are considered an asset. You are... Experienced applying change management practices to projects. Well versed in understanding DEI concepts, challenges, and strategies within diverse organizational settings. An exceptional communicator and facilitator, with strong interpersonal skills, including experience leading group discussions and driving engagement.
