We are recruiting for an experienced Training and Development Manager with experience of working in a manufacturing environment. What We Offer: Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Job Type/Shift: Full time Monday to Friday, with flexibility around shift patterns for training Benefits: Full Benefits Health, Dental and Vision, RRSP program and annual bonus. What You''ll Do: Be responsible in creating and Delivering training content for operators, supervisors and Managers around key aspects of the business. Assess Training Needs of the business and develop training plan accordingly Lead/Support Orientation & Onboarding of new employees in line with plant training program Evaluate, follow up and drive post training KPIs Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning with all staff Stay informed on business trends, legislative changes and industry developments. Maintain and manage ISO audit training records and manage through audit processes. What We''re Looking For: Minimum of 10 years of experience in adult learning with a track record of designing and executing successful training programs. Demonstrated Hands on Training and development experience Experience in training and development within a manufacturing environment Skilled in curriculum development and varied teaching methodologies, including in-person, online learning, mentorship, workshops, and simulations. Proficiency with a variety of teaching tools and platforms, such as Learning Management Systems, virtual meeting software, e-learning content creators, and assessment tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Superior collaborative and teamwork skills with the ability to quickly shift priorities to meet organization requirements collectively Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams.
