With over 56,000 followers on Instagram, we are looking for someone who can continue to grow this channel and create engaging, best in class content. Important to Note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This role is hybrid, our office is located in Vaughan, Ontario Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered Bachelors degree or diploma in graphic design or related field is preferred 2+ years experience working in the graphic design field is required Responsibilities: Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns (Klayvio experience preferred) Develop designs for print materials (trade show booths, in-store point of sale materials, etc.) Design presentations, ad hoc marketing material when required Ability to develop product renders preferred Support in building the Flourish brand presence on key social media platforms through organic strategies and content development, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Pinterest Develop organic content calendars by social platform on a six-month basis, along with real-time posts to jump on relevant trends Develop social specific content for wider campaigns - new product launches, focus periods, etc. Be comfortable on camera, joining other members of the Flourish team on social media posts Post a minimum of once per day, or 30-40 posts per month Support our Ecommerce team and broader Marketing team when required Required Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign Working knowledge of social media platforms and their design best practices Demonstrated experience designing for both digital and traditional print mediums Keen eye for detail, strong proofreading ability, and a commitment to quality Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Familiarity with Canva for quick design projects Motion graphics or video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Photography and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) Familiarity with Excel Knowledge of 3D rendering and product visualization tools Self-starter capable of producing a high quantity of work within tight deadlines.
