Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Opening This is a temporary position with high potential for extension or permanence. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will respond to varied volumes of incoming calls in both English and French. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, inquiries, and dealing with problems/issues in a positive and time-sensitive manner. Key qualifications for this role include at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a busy corporate or call center setting. You must be bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and spoken skills in both languages. A related post-secondary education or relevant work-related experience is an asset. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to control multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Schedule and Work Environment: The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. The job involves a hybrid of remote (2 days) and in-office (3 days). The work environment is business casual, and free parking is available or near a public transportation stop. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls in both English and French Answer questions, inquiries, and deal with problems/issues in a timely manner Process customer orders and assist customers with online order steps Respond to email inquiries, chat, and orders in both English and French Build and maintain customer relationships Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of customer service experience Bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and spoken skills Related post-secondary education or relevant work-related experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to control multiple priorities Excellent MS Office skills and ability to learn other PC applications Benefits and Compensation: The hourly pay rate for this position is $27-30/hour, with vacation pay and options for benefits after 600 hours worked.
