This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the advancement of cardiac services with a particular focus on heart failure management and transplant cardiology. The Attending Physician will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing advanced heart failure and transplant patients, a commitment to excellence, and a collaborative spirit. Some duties may include: assessments of patients with heart failure and transplant-related conditions to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans, effectively communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care requirements to patients and their families, and formal and informal education to staff on best practices in heart failure and transplant care.
