This is not your typical PM role. We''''re looking for a technical product builder with a strong foundation in AdTech/MarTechsomeone who can design scalable systems for media buying, targeting, attribution, and optimization. If you''''ve built high-performance tools that drive real ROAS, and know how to turn complex architecture into fast-shipping product, this is your lane. What youll be doing Own product roadmap across the AdTech stack (DSP, attribution, campaign tools, etc.) Define and evolve infrastructure for media buying, targeting, bidding, and measurement Translate strategic opportunities into detailed, technically viable product specs Work closely with engineering to ship fastacross backend, frontend, and data layers Identify AI/ML opportunities to enhance performance and automation Partner with leadership, sales, and clients to prioritize high-impact product bets Build internal frameworks for fast, scalable product execution What you bring Experience building AdTech/MarTech products (DSPs, attribution engines, affiliate platforms, etc.) Deep understanding of performance marketing: bidding, pixels, conversions, optimization Strong technical fluencycan review architecture and contribute to product logic Track record of building tools that deliver measurable performance impact Experience working closely with engineers and data teams to ship complex products Clear decision-making mindsetspeed, scale, and quality balanced under pressure Bonus Experience integrating with ad servers, affiliate tools, content commerce, or DSPs Exposure to AI/ML tools and integrating LLMs into workflows Hands-on experience with tools like Segment, Firebase, PostHog, or experimentation stacks If you''''re a product builder with deep AdTech DNA looking to ship at scalelet''''s talk.
