About the Role: Position: Recruiter Location: Remote We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiting Generalist. This is a virtual position that will begin as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. As a Recruiting Generalist you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition organization. Basic Qualifications: Please ensure candidates are bilingual in English and French 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to role OR Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates Adaptive to process changes Detail oriented Experience with Tracking Systems Experience using Microsoft Office products Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties Preferred Qualifications: LinkedIn Certification Talent acquisition experience for a large technology company Salary Range: $50,000 to 65,000 Annually Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
