About the Role Were looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to join our digital team and play a critical role in improving website performance, user experience, and overall conversion rates. As the CRO Analyst, youll be the go-to expert for uncovering friction points in the user journey, defining experimentation strategies, and guiding evidence-based design improvements that drive measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of web analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to identify conversion bottlenecks, drop-off points, and UX issues Map and audit user journeys, funnel paths, and high-impact conversion points Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to recommend design and content changes Build and maintain testing roadmaps (A/B, multivariate, user testing) with clear hypotheses and KPIs Develop wireframes, flowcharts, and annotated mockups to communicate CRO hypotheses Work with marketing, product, and design teams to align CRO efforts with broader strategy Segment and analyze user behavior across devices, acquisition channels, and personas Report regularly on testing outcomes and performance insights with actionable recommendations Qualifications 3+ years in a CRO, digital analytics, or UX strategy role (agency or product side) Proven experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.) Strong understanding of UX principles, web usability, and customer behavior psychology Comfortable creating testing plans, hypotheses, and wireframes to support improvements Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business insights Bonus: Familiarity with qualitative research methods (user interviews, surveys, heatmaps) Who You Are Analytical thinker with a creative eye for UX improvement Comfortable owning the CRO process end-to-end Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication and presentation skills Obsessed with data, experimentation, and continuous improvement
