Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and grow key customer relationships, while identifying new business opportunities. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in the manufacturing or OEM sectors. They should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. The position will require regular travel, both domestically and internationally, and the successful candidate will be self-driven, organized, and results-oriented. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a valid driver''s license and Canadian passport. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a customer portfolio - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams - Provide solutions through proactive, consultative selling - Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting What We''re Looking For: Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing or OEM sectors Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Willingness to travel and manage territory independently Technical aptitude and curiosity about plastic manufacturing Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills Valid drivers license Valid Canadian Passport Benefits: - Salary: $60,000$80,000 + bonuses + profit sharing - Benefits: Medical, dental, Life insurance, LTD, wellness program - Compensation for home office supplies, mileage, and company-paid car rentals for travel - Laptop provided with phone, and internet allowances
