We value transparency, collaboration, and challenging each other to raise the bar every day.What youll doWere looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales Lead to own the full cycle of partner developmentfrom outbound prospecting to relationship building and closing. Your primary focus will be identifying, securing, and scaling partnerships with accounting software providers, ERP platforms, and their reseller networks.Youll attend and host events, webinars, and lunch-and-learns to educate partners and resellers on our integrated offerings. Youll also be responsible for contract negotiation, marketplace listings, and ultimately embedding Quickly into the sales motions of partner software vendors. Your goal: find, build, and grow high-impact partnerships that generate pipeline and drive revenue.Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified meetings booked with our account executives by your partner and reseller network. If you're great with people, driven to get deals done, and skilled at educating and motivating sales teams, this is your chance to build a high-leverage, residual income stream on top of a competitive base salary.This role is high-ownership. You'll have support from our sales team and CEO, but youll be starting as a team of oneyour success will be directly tied to your effort and execution. Youll also travel to conferences and partner meetings as needed to build momentum and close deals.To thrive here, youll need strong outbound sales skills, a structured sales cadence (prospect discovery close manage), and the ability to present solutions that align with a partners goals and constraints. You will only succeed if our partners succeed, these are long-term relationships so they will take a lot of effort. High emotional intelligence and active listening are essential.This is a Channel Sales Lead position with a clear growth path to Manager or Director, and eventually VP of Sales or VP of Partnerships. Your growth here is in your hands.Who you areWe're looking for someone whos gone demonstrably deep on things they care about, find fun in a challenge, don't wait to take action, and prize ownership on their journey to turn their work into brilliance.
