Although they have been established over 30 years, they are growing and changing, covering provinces in Western Canada. This is an in-office role located west of the downtown core in Edmonton.In this newly designed role, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the President and Executive Leadership Team by providing high-level organizational and administrative support across both professional and personal areas.Executive Assistant responsibilities:Working with the president to assist in establishing and streamlining processes to provide the most effective support.Manages the daily calendar, meetings, and appointments for the PresidentPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items for leadership team, board meetings and staff meetings. Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as liaison between the President and teamMaintain organized systems for follow-up, documentation, and correspondenceAssist with personal tasks such as travel bookings and occasional personal errandsSupport the planning and logistics of board meetings, events, and staff functionsManage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Provide support with business development meeting scheduling and community involvementThe successful candidate has:5+ years of experience in an executive support role is required.
