They are seeking a passionate, driven, and motivated individual eager to make a significant contribution within a developing market.Position OverviewAs the Bilingual Territory Sales Manager - Eastern Canada, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned region by developing relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical consultation on our products. Your focus will be on increasing market share, hitting sales targets, and becoming a trusted advisor in the sanitary processing space.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, strategize and manage all opportunities for organizations content throughout the assigned geographical territoryProvide exceptional technical insight and best in class service levels to the organizations existing and prospective customersMonitor territorially dedicated Inside Sales Teams workloads and work to ensure maximum efficienciesStrive to achieve annual budget targets of the companys content in the assigned geographical territoryManage all sales responsibilities necessary or desirable to maximize sales and gross profit of all companys contentManage all customer support and service of organizations content in the assigned geographical territory as may be requiredPrepare account planning and budgets for sales in the assigned geographical territory as requestedParticipate in all training and development activities as deemed appropriate by Enterprise Sales ManagerRemain current with industry trends and technologyIdentify opportunities for business development regarding additional lines and services the organization should consider adding to their offerings to serve better our existing and prospective customersLead or participate in other Sales related duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Companys Enterprise Sales ManagerWhat Theyre Looking ForEducation & Experience:35 years of field experience in sanitary industrial process equipment salesOR 35 years of outside sales experience in technical or industrial products (valves, pumps, etc.)Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical disciplineExcellent communication skills in both English and French to effectively target and serve organization diverse customer base.Skills & Competencies:Strong self-motivation and initiativeExcellent planning, organization, and time managementProven ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsHigh-level communication and presentation skillsA collaborative team player with a flexible approachResults-oriented with a strong attention to detailPerks & BenefitsCompetitive Base PayCompetitive commission and bonus payVehicle and travel expense coverageComprehensive group benefits:Dental, Extended Health, VisionLife & Accidental Death InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceRRSP/Company Investment PlanPaid vacationOngoing training and career development
