If you're passionate about design, staging, and effective communication across all organizational levels, we want you on our team.The successful candidate is a total people-person with superb customer service and some sales skills. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations. This position is tailored for individuals who excel in working with high-end Residential and Trade clientele and thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to answering phones, managing emails, and handling office correspondenceServe high-end retail clients by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutionsAssist with day-to-day project management, including proposals, spatial plans, colour presentations, and budgetsMaintain and update databases, records, and customer informationFollow sales operations and reporting processesMaintain organized and efficient filing systemsWork closely with a range of people across the company (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.)QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesQuick to learn new systems, protocols, and product knowledgeLocations1184 Castlefield Avenue, Toronto (Vondom Canada Showroom by ARD Outdoor)Schedule8 hour shifts5 days including weekendsAbout UsARD Outdoor is a luxury retail division for outdoor living that is open to the trade and public with an impressive list of Global clientele.
