Your Next Challenge: You will be reporting to the Human Resources General Supervisor; you will be part of the Regional Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy in HRIS systems, generating workforce insights, facilitating smooth onboarding and internal transfers, addressing employee concerns, supporting corporate HR initiatives. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagles values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Maintain and support the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HRIS data across all platforms. Generate detailed workforce analytics and wellness reports to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and operational improvements. Lead the onboarding process for new hires across regional offices and offer support to mine sites where required, ensuring a consistent, positive experience. Act as a point of contact to address onboarding questions, facilitate introductions, and promote company culture. Oversee and coordinate internal transfers within Ontario sites and across divisions, ensuring compliance with policies, clear communication, and smooth transitions for employees and managers. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for the HRIS platform, providing training, troubleshooting, and system improvements. Support the HR team in leveraging HR technology to optimize workflows and data integrity. Provide dedicated support to the active mine site HR teams, HR projects, and process improvements. Act as a liaison to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance across sites. Manage and update SharePoint sites to facilitate transparent communication and document sharing. Collaborate with the communications team on mental health initiatives, wellness campaigns, and corporate messaging. Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR programs. Provide guidance to foster a positive work environment. Support the execution of corporate initiatives such as the annual employee satisfaction survey (GPTW), analyzing feedback and recommending action plans to improve engagement. Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory and company standards. Assist in audits and compliance reviews. Contribute to annual HR planning cycles, including talent reviews, performance management, and compensation processes. Support special projects that enhance HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness. Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices. Perform other job-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting the HR function. What you need to succeed Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Certified Human Resources Professional designation is an asset. Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or mining environment. Proficient in HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors, data management, and reporting tools. Experience with SharePoint administration and document management is an asset. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
