In this role, you will : Build and grow relationships with contractors and businesses in your territory Sell industry-leading HVAC / R equipment, parts, and supplies Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships Provide tailored pricing, quotes, and product expertise Use CRM tools to forecast sales and track your pipeline Be a go-to advisor from first contact through after-sales support What you bring : 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto parts experience is a strong asset) Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn HVAC / R technical details Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A self-starter mindset - organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools What''s in it for you?
