We are currently looking for a Senior Manager SAP Order To Cash to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market.Consulting and Practice Management Skills :Project Management : Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels including executives.People Management : Effectively lead teams with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Skills and attributes for successEffectively lead teams with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.A strong work ethic.To qualify for the role you must haveA degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification highly preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with SAP SD / OTC across several different SD sub-areas. Participation in full life cycle implementations required, preferably in a team lead capacity.Experience using new SAP BP functionality and the integration to Claims and Disputes Management.Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements.Development of project documentation, training materials, and project management methodology experience required.Experience with SAP reporting and HANA live a plus.Experience with order management, pricing, credit management, delivery processing, and billing.Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs.A willingness to travel to meet client needs; depending on the project travel may be estimated at 70-90%.Ideally, youll also have :Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the 'C' level of Fortune 500 companies.What we look forWere interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the IT Consulting space.What we offerAt EY, our Total Rewards package supports our commitment to creating a leading people culture where everyone can achieve their potential.
